QUICK & EFFICIENT TURN-AROUND TIME

We answer all inquiries within one business day, and since we're open seven days a week, we'll usually get back to you on the same or next day of your call. If you want an in-home consultation with one of our remodeling consultants, we can arrange a meeting for you within 48 hours - and often, sooner. With few exceptions, the written project proposal will be ready within three business days of the initial consultation, and your project can get started within five business days of wrapping up an agreement.

We understand that speed is essential when moving into a new home or business. You want to minimize needing to pay double rent and operating fees. If you're remodeling your current home or business, we also understand you want to get renovations finished as quickly as possible. WARRANTY

Whatever we quote you for a project, that's what you'll pay. We won't claim unexpected circumstances and suddenly up the price. Even if we underestimated your project, we'll stick to our original agreement. Our numbers are real. 

PROFESSIONALISM

Artcon offers a five-year warranty on our labor, and a manufacture's warranty on all products we use for up to 25 years. We're not about to sacrifice our hard-earned reputation. Whatever the problem is, don't worry. We'll take care of it.

We hire only experienced, well-trained professionals. Plus, everyone on our team has completed our in-home training program, to ensure that our high standards are met. Each member of the team is educated in all aspects of the remodeling process, and our professionals participate in bi-monthly continuing education programs provided by other trade professional manufacturers and product representatives.

Our certified remodeling consultants will make sure your project succeeds. They will walk you through each step of the process, from planning to design to budgeting to material selection, plus help brainstorm technical solutions, offer expert advice, and answer your questions.

Advocate, liaison, supervisor, and advisor - the project manager assigned to your remodeling project is all this, and more. Our project managers keep communication lines open, scheduling the renovations and helping you stay connected with the trade professionals. They are also trained to inspect projects, maintaining our high standards, and solve any problems.

When people work on a project from start to finish, they care more about their work. This is why the crew that works on your project will see it through from start to finish, with your project manager maintaining daily contact throughout the process.
